“Re-PETs” are made of 100% RPET (Recycled polyethylene terephthalate). RPET comes from plastic used for packaging such as water and soda bottles. The plastic is collected, sorted, cleaned and shredded into pellets, and melted and then spun into threads. The threads are being knitted or woven into fabric that will be used in making your new favorite plush toy.
